This program is open to members of congregations affiliated with the Baptist General Convention of Texas who are currently participating in a Hispanic-related ministry.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.

They may be of any age and be participating in their youth, singles, and/or adult group at church.
