The Helm Family Scholarship is available to students enrolled and entering their junior or senior year at San Diego State University or the University of California San Diego in California. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in a STEM field (including, but not limited to, biology, computer science, chemistry, technology, engineering, and physics) are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students who are employed or have participated in extracurricular activities or community service.
