Requirements

This program is open to graduating high school seniors and students currently enrolled at an accredited college, university, or trade school in any state who have a bleeding disorder.

Applicants must have been born or currently be residing in northern California.

Selection is based on that essay, academic excellence, recommendations, community service experience, and legibility of the application.

The recipient is asked to volunteer with the Hemophilia Foundation of Northern California at 2 events of their choice.
