Requirements

This program is open to residents of the Washington, D.C. area, defined as the city of Washington, the counties of Montgomery or Prince George's in Maryland, the counties of Arlington or Fairfax in Virginia, or the cities of Falls Church or Alexandria in Virginia.

Applicants must be graduating high school seniors planning to attend a participating community college or students of any age already enrolled at 1 of those colleges.

They must be U.S. citizens, nationals, or permanent residents; qualified DACA students; or eligible for instate tuition under the Maryland Dream Act or the Virginia Dream Act.

Financial need is considered in the selection process.
