The Hereford Youth Foundation of America Scholarship provides financial assistance to members of the National Junior Hereford Association (NJHA) who plan to major in any field in college.

Requirements

This program is open to NJHA members who are paid members for the past three consecutive years.

Applicants must be high school juniors, high school seniors, or students currently enrolled at an accredited 2 or 4-year college, university, junior/ community college, and/ or technical institution.

Students who are seeking postgraduation degrees, such as vet school, law school, etc., are eligible to apply for fall HYFA Scholarships.

They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
