The High on Heroes Scholarship is open to children or grandchildren of first responders within Kalamazoo County, Michigan. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree are encouraged to apply. Relatives of persons who died while employed by a qualifying agency receive special consideration.
