The I Can Change My Life Scholarship is for high school seniors attending McKeesport High School. Note that a 3.0 GPA is not required if applicants have demonstrated progress and improvement in their academics during their junior and senior years. Applicants who have a parent who is currently or was formerly incarcerated and/or who are first-generation college students receive special consideration.
