Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Rhode Island who have been American Legion junior members for at least 3 years.

Applicants must be planning to attend college in any state.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Selection is based on scholarship (40%), character (20%), Americanism (20%), and leadership (20%).
