Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Illinois and planning to enroll at a college or university in the state that offers a major in telecommunications or broadcast journalism or that has a radio or television facility on campus.

Applicants must be interested in majoring in broadcastrelated field (e.g., journalism, broadcast engineering, programming, on-air).

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
