Requirements

This program is open to full-time juniors, seniors, and graduate students who are residents of Illinois or attending an accredited college or university in that state.

Applicants must be working on a degree in a waterrelated field of study, such as civil or environmental engineering, environmental science, biology, chemistry, or wastewater systems operation.

They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Selection is based on that essay (50%), academic merit (30%), and leadership (20%).
