The Isaac and Mary Harbottle Scholarship is awarded to full-time students who demonstrate a desire to work in education, community organization, spiritual development, or related areas. Students with an interest in the Hawaiian language, culture, and history are encouraged to apply. It is the policy of the Foundation to give preference to students of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
