The J. Oscar & Susan Florence Hunt Scholarship is open to students regardless of gender, race, or religious beliefs who attend high school in Gloucester and Salem counties in New Jersey. Students who wish to pursue a bachelor's degree in the U.S are welcome to apply. Residents of Swedesboro, Auburn, Pedricktown, and Penns Grove (listed in priority order) receive special consideration.

Demonstrate academic performance, extracurricular activities, community involvement, work (paid or unpaid), and financial need. Preference is given to residents of Swedesboro, Auburn, Pedricktown, and Penns Grove (listed in priority order)
