The Jack and Carol Kelly Scholarship program recognizes graduating seniors and graduates of high schools in Clark County, Washington **or** Clackamas, Multnomah, or Washington counties in Oregon **or** children of employees of Instrument Sales & Services, Inc. Students planning to attend a vocational or technical college, apprenticeship program, or pursuing a course of study leading to a career in business receive special consideration.
