  • This program is open to SVABO members, immediate family (spouses and children younger than 30 years of age) of SVABO members, or persons sponsored by a member.
  • Applicants must be interested in enrolling at a college, university, trade school, or other institution of learning in any state that offers an academic, certification, professional, trade, or technical course of study.
