The Jake Jones Memorial Scholarship for the Learning Disabled is available to students who are graduating seniors and who reside in the 26 northernmost counties of the Texas Panhandle. Students who have demonstrated the ability to overcome obstacles caused by a learning disability are welcome to apply.
