Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in South Carolina who have lost 1 or both parents by death.

Applicants must be planning to work on a bachelor's degree at an accredited 4year college or university in any state.

They must be able to demonstrate financial need, a satisfactory scholastic record, and the characteristics of character, ability, and enterprise.

U.S. citizenship is required.
