Requirements

This program is open to residents of New Mexico who have hemophilia and are U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens.

Applicants must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as regular students working on a degree or certificate in an eligible program in any state.

They must be able to demonstrate financial need and evidence of application for at least 2 other sources of financial aid.

A personal interview is required.
