This program is open to women who are members of Chi Omega Fraternity and have served as leaders of their chapter.

Members may nominate a sister who they believe has demonstrated exceptional leadership and character, or a member may nominate herself if she feels she has exhibited integrity at a time of challenge in guiding her chapter.
