The JBL Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors and undergraduate students who are Delaware residents, live in the neighboring states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey, or attend a college/high school in Delaware. Students planning to pursue postsecondary education are welcome to apply.

Requirements
  • Graduating high school senior minimum GPA of 3.0; undergraduate student minimum GPA of 2.75; or a most recent SAT of 1100 or higher
  • Resident of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey or Pennsylvania
  • Graduating high school senior or undergraduate student in Delaware
  • Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree
  • Fulltime student
  • Enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university in Delaware
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and exhibit good academic achievement
  • Aged 30 or younger
  • Demonstrate financial need
