The Jean & Jim Gulley Texas Tech Scholarship is available to graduating seniors or graduates of a high school in one of the ETCF’s East Texas Counties* or Quanah, Texas. Students who have been accepted to Texas Tech University on a full-time basis are encouraged to apply. *ETCF Counties include: Anderson, Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Delta, Franklin, Freestone, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Hopkins, Houston, Lamar, Leon, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Panola, Rains, Red River, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus, Trinity, Upshur, Van Zandt, Wood
