Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Vallejo, California who plan to enroll at a college or university in any state.

Applicants must be either 1) a current member of a swim team at a high school in the city; or 2) a member of the Vallejo Aquatic Club.

Selection is based on that essay, high school GPA, letters of recommendation, extracurricular activities, and achievements in swimming and academics.
