The Jennifer Mooney Greene Scholarship program awards need-based scholarships to students who attend a Virginia Beach Public School in Virginia. Applicants should participate in the Achievement Via Individual Determination (AVID) program or a similar college readiness program. Students whose family has a limited history of attending college are encouraged to apply. Those graduating from Green Run High School or Green Run Collegiate, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, receive special consideration.
