Requirements

This program is open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors at universities and community colleges in New Mexico.

Applicants must be members or, or have applied for membership in, the Institute of Transportation Engineers.

They must submit a 2page essay on 1 of the following topics: 1) what they would like to do in their job as a transportation professional; 2) how they could benefit society as a transportation professional, or 3) their future role as a transportation professional.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
