Requirements

This program is open to CF patients who have completed at least 1 semester of undergraduate coursework.

Applicants must be studentathletes who "don't let the disease get in their way of living lives filled with purpose, passion, optimism, and courage." Along with their application, they must submit a letter from their doctor confirming the diagnosis of CF and a list of daily medications, information on financial need, a detailed breakdown of tuition costs from their academic institution, and transcripts.
