Jewish War Veterans National Achievement Scholarship recognizes and rewards veterans and current service members who are currently enrolled in college or graduate school and submit outstanding essays on their military experience.

Requirements

This competition is open to veterans and current service members who are enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited associate, bachelor's, nursing, or graduate degree program.

All veterans are eligible, regardless of race, religion, creed, or culture.

Applicants must submit an essay of 500 to 750 words on their military experience and how it will help them pursue their academic studies.

Selection is based on answering the essay question (50%), logic and coherence of the essay's organization (25%), and description of relevant military experience (25%).
