The Jimmy Don Owings First Responders Endowed Scholarship program supports students entering or attending Tarrant County College. Applicants should be seeking a professional certification or associate degree in criminal justice, firefighter/fire protection technology, emergency medical services, or paramedic program. Students that will participate in a minimum of 4 hours of community service during the period of the award are encouraged to apply.
