The JJR Solutions Starfish Scholarship program awards need-based scholarships to students seeking an associate or bachelor's degree from a college or university in Ohio. Community service and extracurricular activities are considered in the selection process. Seniors graduating from a high school in designated Ohio school districts are encouraged to apply.
