Requirements

This program is open to licensed radio amateurs of technician class or higher who are residents of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, or Washington.

Applicants must be working on an associate or higher degree in a field of STEM at an accredited postsecondary institution in any state.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
