The John and Reiko Kuga Phillip Scholarship is awarded to full-time students who graduated from a public high school on Hawai'i Island. Students seeking an undergraduate or graduate art degree are encouraged to apply. It is the policy of the Foundation to give preference to students of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.

  • Seeking an associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree in art (including art history, ceramics, drawing and painting, electronic arts, fiber, glass, graphic design, photography, printmaking, or sculpture)
