The John E. Boyle, Jr. Memorial Scholarship recognizes graduating seniors from designated high schools in Connecticut or Rhode Island. Recipients are chosen for their academic standing and participation in extracurricular activities. Students who pursue a degree in administration of justice/law enforcement, construction management, building trades, athletic endeavors/sports management, or pursue military service receive special consideration.

Graduating senior from Fitch, Grasso Technical, Wheeler, or Stonington high schools in Connecticut or Westerly High School in Rhode Island

Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree as a fulltime student

Exhibit academic commitment and promise

Participate in extracurricular activities

Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students who pursue a degree in administration of justice/law enforcement, construction management, building trades, athletic endeavors/sports management, or pursue military service.
