The John E. Foster Minority Engineering Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship that supports graduating seniors of high schools in Franklin County, Ohio, especially Columbus City Schools, who are seeking an engineering degree. Students of a historically underrepresented background who intend to enroll at The Ohio State University or Columbus State Community College are welcome to apply. This scholarship was established to honor John E. Foster and his success in engineering.
