John G. Thevos 5th District Annual Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to high school seniors in the John G. Thevos District 5 of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA) who are affiliated with that organization and plan to attend college in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Delaware and New Jersey (the John G. Thevos District 5 of AHEPA) who are in the top third of their class and planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.

Applicants must have been members of AHEPA, Daughters of Penelope, Sons of Pericles, or Maids of Athena for at least 3 consecutive years.

Their application must be endorsed by their Chapter President and Secretary.

Selection is based on academic achievement and participation in school and/or community activities.
