Joseph Wolk Scholarship provides financial assistance for college to members of the Ukrainian National Association (UNA) who are of Lemko heritage.

Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors and full-time college freshmen, sophomores, and juniors who have been UNA members for at least 2 years and have a life insurance policy valued at least at $5,000.

Applicants must be attending or planning to attend a college or university in Canada or the United States and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

They must be of Lemko heritage.

Selection is based on a biographical essay, cumulative GPA, college and community activities and honors, overall merit, and financial need.
