The Joshua E. Witsman Memorial Scholarship program supports students who have graduated from Covington High School in Indiana.   • Pursuing a career in a vocational trade career pathway (welding or auto mechanics), conservation officer, veterinary medicine, or teaching
  • Demonstrate kindness and compassion, willingness to help others, and are driven to better their life Preference may be given to applicants who demonstrate financial need.
