About the Scholarship

The Juliette M. Atherton Scholarship - Graduate studies is for students pursuing graduate studies in theology at a seminary with the goal of being ordained as a Protestant minister. The Board of Directors of the Atherton Family Foundation sets aside a portion of the Foundation's income each year to be used for scholarships. These scholarships perpetuate Mrs. Atherton's interest in sustaining Protestant Christian endeavors in Hawaii. Special consideration is given to full-time students and to those who maintain a minimum 2.7 GPA.
