The Justin Sisson Outstanding Cadet Award is open to all students studying military science courses at Florida State University's College of Arts and Sciences. Cadets who put everything into their ROTC time and who have participated and been leaders in the Ranger Challenge team, the Seminole Guard, and other prominent ROTC activities receive special consideration.
