The Kahla Roberts Latta/St. Louis Alumnae Chapter Scholarship is open to residents of the greater St. Louis area in eastern Missouri and southern Illinois. If no resident of the St. Louis area applies, the award is available to any member of Kappa Alpha Theta pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
