The Kamehameha Schools Association of Maui Scholarship is awarded to residents of Maui who graduated from a Maui High School. Students who submit a letter of recommendation verifying their commitment to the perpetuation of Hawaiian culture on the island of Maui are encouraged to apply. It is the policy of the Foundation to give preference to students of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
