The Karen Polenske Best Student Paper Award is open to student members of the International Association for China Planning (IACP) who are the sole author or the lead author of a paper. Students who submit outstanding papers for presentation at the Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning (ACSP) are eligible to apply.
