The K.C. Kinch Scholarship program is a need-based award recognizing graduating high school seniors residing in East Palo Alto, California, or graduates who lived there during high school. Students who have participated in community service over several years and are seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree as full-time students are welcome to apply.
