Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Rhode Island and planning to enroll at a 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical school in any state.

Applicants must exemplify the ability to make a difference in their community through their leadership, commitment, and active involvement in their school's chapter of Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), youthto-youth, natural helpers, or other organization that specifically targets substance abuse prevention and awareness.
