Requirements

This program is open to students currently enrolled full time at a college, university, or vocational school in any state.

Applicants must be dependents of personnel affiliated with Keesler Air Force Base, including activeduty military, retired military, active Guard and Reserve, military deceased, and Department of Defense civilian employees.

Selection is based on that essay, academic achievement, community and volunteer activities, and work experience.
