The Kelly R. Ivey Endowed Memorial Scholarship is open to students in the College of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Florida State University. Students who demonstrate academic ability and financial need receive special consideration, with first priority for residents of Escambia and Santa Rose counties and second priority for residents of those 2 counties plus residents of the 11 other counties on the Florida Panhandle--Bay, Citrus, Dixie, Franklin, Gulf. Jefferson, Levy, Okaloosa, Taylor, Wakulla, and Walton.
