The Kemper Scholars Program is available at ten universities throughout the U.S. Students attending California State University - Los Angeles, Clark Atlanta University, Florida International University, Harris Stowe University - St. Louis, Miles College, Northwestern University - Evanston, the University of Chicago, the University of Notre Dame, the University of Texas - Rio Grande Valley, and the University of Wisconsin - Madison are eligible to apply. Each campus has individual criteria and application cycles.
