Requirements

This program is open to residents of Kentucky who are 1) graduating high school seniors with a GPA of 3.0 or higher accepted into a college, university, or technical school in any state; or 2) students working on an associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree or technical certification at a college or university in any state and carrying a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Applicants must be preparing for a career in a laborrelations-related field or an apprenticeship trade.

Selection is based on merit, including interest in a labor relationsrelated field as a career, leadership characteristics, and academic achievement.
