The Kentucky Poultry Federation Scholarship provides financial assistance for college in any state to students who have a tie to the Kentucky Poultry Federation (KPF).

Requirements

This program is open to residents of Kentucky who are graduating high school seniors or students currently enrolled at a college, university, or technical training program.

Applicants must be a child or grandchild of 1) an employee of a Kentucky poultry company 2) a grower member of the KPF; or 3) an allied member of the KPF.

Along with their application, they must submit 1) a 300word essay on what they think Kentucky's poultry industry could look like in 5 to 10 years; and 2) a 100-word essay on why they selected their current line of study and what they plan to do in the future.
