Requirements

This program is open to students enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited college, university, or junior college in Kentucky and work on an associate or bachelor's degree.

The applicant's parent must have been a member of KTEA for at least 1 year; children of deceased and permanently disabled members are also eligible.

Selection is based on academic achievement and family income.
