Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Connecticut between 15 and 26 years of age who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a college, university, community college, technical college, vocational school, or trade school in any state.
  • Applicants must have a parent, stepparent, or legal guardian who has been seriously or fatally injured in a work-related accident, repetitive trauma claim, or occupational disease resulting in financial need.
  • Selection is based on academic performance, need for financial assistance, personal leadership, and demonstrated contributions to their schools and communities.
