Requirements

This program is open to residents of Massachusetts between 17 and 21 years of age who are enrolled or planning to enroll full or part-time at a 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical school in any state.

Applicants must be dependents of a worker killed or seriously injured in a compensable workrelated accident or occupational disease with a Massachusetts employer.
