Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Michigan between 17 and 22 years of age who are graduating high school seniors planning to attend or students already attending a college, university, community college, or vocational/trade school in the state.
  • Applicants' parent must have sustained a catastrophic injury or fatality in a Michigan workrelated accident covered by workers' compensation.
  • Selection is based primarily on financial need related to the parents' injury or death.
